Unfortunately, the toy was only interesting for a few days. Now I can't use it to lure her out from under the oven anymore – sadly. However, I do think it's a great toy overall... it's well-made, and even when she got hold of it, it didn't fall apart straight away. There are a few green bits of fluff lying around, but it doesn't tear off immediately... and our kitten isn't exactly gentle (but she's just not interested anymore).

My two cats love playing with it; the rod could be 10-20 cm longer.

Great product!. My cat is feather mad.. She bashes the hell out of this and the feathers haven't shed as yet!. She literally will play for hours. The only reason I haven given it 5 stars is because the string detached from the stick. Took me ages to fix it!. Otherwise its a great purchase

Great toy and very durable compared to other fishing rods. Note: the string isn’t stretchy, but that doesn’t take away from the fun.

My cats love it. The only thing that’s clear from the start is that, of course, a tiny bit falls off. Otherwise, it’s a great toy... the two of them like it and play with it.

Unfortunately, I didn't realise from the picture that this was a delicate marabou feather. My son's two young cats unfortunately destroy every feather down to the quill in no time at all, especially one as fine as this. You have to quickly take it away from them again and again. Of course, they do like it, though.

After the Birdi play wand, this is the second most popular toy among the cats I care for professionally and through animal welfare. The stick could be a bit longer. It’s surprisingly durable, as long as you don’t leave it lying around – so always make sure to store it safely out of the cats’ reach after playtime!

We had a few teething problems with this fishing rod at first, but now it's being played with very happily.

For this price, I thought it would be something cheap and would break quickly, but it's very well made and my two cats absolutely love it.

My two absolutely love the feather wand. As soon as one of them hears the drawer open, she comes running like crazy with sparkling eyes ;) It's their absolute favourite toy. Unfortunately, I've had to repair the toy three times already, but that's just how it is with daily use :D

My tomcat absolutely loves this toy, quite literally! Has anyone else had similar experiences? On one hand, he loves playing with it – no other cat wand has ever managed to tire him out so much... but on the other hand, after playing, he starts grooming the toy, and he's already "swallowed" some feathers 😮. To prevent this and make sure nothing happens to him, I have to hide the wand from him every single time...

My cats are absolutely thrilled – when we're not playing, it's carried around all day long. The only downside is that feathers keep coming off, although that's understandable given the force with which the two of them tug at it. The rod is fine, and I can't imagine it breaking as quickly as some have described – if you're pulling so hard that it breaks, you're probably doing something wrong. Overall, I'm happy with it, especially for the price. :)

My tomcat "goes absolutely crazy for it" – he comes running straight away and then it's off with huge leaps..... The cat wand is sturdy, even though it occasionally has to "lose a few feathers" – my tomcat is thrilled!!
