No acceptance!
Unfortunately, my two little Persians didn’t like this food and just scratched it away in their feeding bowl. Such a shame! But my two don’t really like wet food much anyway.

To my predecessor...
... honestly, I have to say I'm glad you can see what the animal by-products are made of :)

Chicken and lamb SUPER! Beef = strange foreign objects (bone and hoof remnants?)
My little mini leopard absolutely loves the food. However, I’ve noticed that with the beef variety, she always leaves some behind or sometimes doesn’t touch it at all. After closer inspection (I mash the food with a fork in her bowl to check directly if everything is okay with the food), I’ve found strange foreign objects in almost every "beef" tray. Once, it was a string-like, rubbery foreign object that looked like part of an intestine; another time, I picked out small bone fragments, and very often I’ve had to remove black, hard substances that smelled bad and looked like parts of cow hooves.
But the other varieties are absolutely recommended and suit my little one really well! That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars.

Maxi Mouse
My little Maxi is absolutely thrilled when it's feeding time, no matter which of the three kitten varieties is on offer. Perhaps another variety for kittens could be added.

The little one likes it.
We tried the lamb variety. The little one seems to like it. He always eats it all up completely.
However, we give him less than the recommended amount and dilute it a bit with water, as he also gets dry food.
The smell and appearance aren’t great, but otherwise, it’s a good product.

Very good :)
Smells good, looks good, and my three little rascals love the taste. Unfortunately, the small packaging isn’t particularly suitable for three cats, and it generates quite a bit of waste. However, they’ve rarely liked a food this much, so I’m happy to put up with it!

Very tasty ;o)
My tomcat really likes all three varieties, he just can't get enough of them ;O) It looks good, smells quite nice, and my tomcat tolerates it perfectly.

Super
We've tried a lot of things, but our two tigers only enjoy eating this food. The composition is good too (we also feed them high-quality dry food alongside it).

Apparently tasty :)
Our two little ones, cat and tomcat, 4 months old, absolutely love the Animonda kitten wet food (whether it’s from the tin or this one). We also tried another brand, but together they didn’t even eat 100g in a day – especially the cat barely touched it. Animonda seems to be very much to their taste. However, they also find the "Lamb" variety rather unappealing: it was hardly touched.

Mine doesn't like it.
When I opened the tin, I immediately noticed that the contents didn’t look all that appetising. I still wanted to give it a try. However, my cat only sniffed the food and then walked away. He didn’t eat a single bite of it. Two stars for the acceptable ingredients.

Really tasty...
...and the little one tolerates it very well. Only the lamb variety doesn’t seem to be her favourite, but tastes are famously different. With the other two varieties, the bowl is usually completely empty :-) and even to my nose, the food actually smells quite pleasant.

Not very good
I decided to buy this food as my kittens quite like Animonda pouches and I was hoping they would like this one as well. I must say that I am quite dissapointed, and so my kittens. They only eat it when extremely hungry, otherwise they wouldn't touch it at all. I will have to mix it with something they like to finish off the pack. I won't buy it again.

OK
The composition is fine, looks good and smells nice in my opinion. I don't stick to the feeding recommendation, as it's simply too much for my little British Shorthair – she only needs half or three-quarters of the recommended dose, even though she's of normal weight. Only three stars because she isn't particularly enthusiastic about it and often leaves some behind.

Very good!
Since I care about the content and not the smell or appearance, I chose Animonda for our tigers. The meat content alone says everything about the product. Unfortunately, there is less meat in the trays than in the tins, but unfortunately, our two just don't like the tins.
We are satisfied, definitely better than the pet food advertised on TV.

Average
I tried Animonda and I'm disappointed. The food looks unappetising (dark brown mush, sometimes with solid chunks) and, in my opinion, it stinks. However, my little tomcat found it very tasty, and the amount of stool was fine.
Still, I think you can expect a better composition for the price. On top of that, the feeding recommendation is quite high.
Since my cat liked it, I'll give it 3 stars despite everything. It's certainly okay every now and then, but I wouldn't feed it to my cat all the time.

Stiftung Warentest = Very Good!
In the latest test by Stiftung Warentest, it not only scored "very good" but also ranked first in the test! On top of that, our two Ocicats absolutely love it and tolerate it well! Two more big advantages: it hardly smells at all, and according to the feeding instructions from the manufacturer, you need much less food compared to, for example, feeding the "normal" Animonda Kitten, which means it’s no longer more expensive than the "normal" Animonda...

Something has changed here.
Our two British Shorthairs have been eating this food since they were kittens and always polished it off in no time. Nothing was ever left over, but suddenly, out of the blue, the tomcat didn’t want to eat it anymore.
He looked at it, sniffed it, scratched at it straight away, and off he went. The female cat still eats it, but not as enthusiastically as before.
No matter the variety – I suspect the recipe has been changed again – such a shame!
