My dogs love Forthglade as a rule but every delivery I've had with this product there has been a degree of damage to the seals...this time around only two trays were breached

Our dog loves this food but the quality of the packaging is poor. We have now experienced a 2nd delivery where the cartons have split allowing the food to spill out. It makes a horrible mess and leaves you paranoid as to whether the remaining cartons are still usable. Zooplus quickly sent out a replacement last time this happened. Hopefully they are equally as responsive this time but all three boxes had faulty cartons this time around. Yucky mess!

I'd seen the reviews and took a chance. One box was obviously broken and dog food leaking out. Called for a refund and they said yes, only to find I'd been given £1.33. Called back and had to fight my case that I was entitled to a full refund as the food from 2 of them had leaked over the whole lot and it was disgusting. They reluctantly gave me a refund. Now I've found that the sealed box also has all it's contents spilling out too. I guess I'll have another fight on my hands for the refund.

Ordered this a few times & my dog loves it. My latest ordered arrived with a strong fishy smell. When I opened the 1st box one tray of meat had split. I carried on using the rest. When I opened the 2nd box all of the trays of meat had split, food was everywhere & fly lavae all over. It's not the cheapest of food & it's put me off ordering anymore. I have contacted Zooplus customer services to inform them, thinking it was a one off but ive just noticed other reviews with the same issue.

I bought 2 boxes of this. The first was fine but just opened the second and it has insect lavae cases in the box and a bad smell. Upon investigation I found one pack was partially open so insects must have got in.

Excellent quality Dog food. 90% meat and grain free.

Arrived well packed and in tact. All seals unbroken. All three sorts were greedily received, and all lasted well without having to be fridged. Good value for a premium product.

My dog loves this food and can't stop drooling as we're putting it in the bowl mixed with her favourite kibble!

I had previously tried the dogs on the Forthglade Salmon and Sardines variety - however they didn't particularly like it (plus some trays were not sealed and were green around the edges and had leaked). So I tried the 90% meat packs - they loved these and they arrived in good condition - thank fully! Would buy these ones again!

Unfortunately the food arrived damaged, leaking and very smelly. The seal around the trays seems weak. My dogs do like the food but I won’t be ordering again as dealing with the smelly mess that arrived was not pleasant.
