The ingredients of the food seemed fine, which is why I decided to buy a stock of 24 cans (400g each) for my 10-year-old dog. What I don’t like is that ever since I started giving it to him, my dog has had terrible gas, possibly due to the higher fat content—a thick layer of fat can also be found at the bottom of every can. Senior dog food should really be easier to digest. I won’t buy it again. I’ll look for something less taxing on the system of an older, neutered dog.
