Newfoundland puppy loves it
Although only a 7 month puppy, our big girl loves her stick. We needed something that she could chew on. She kept breaking sticks from the garden, so thought this would be better. It took 5 seconds of sniffing and she was away. Carries it around now and spends happy time gnawing.
I'm so pleased to have something strong enough for her.

Long-lasting chewing fun
The chew stick is really great, lasts a long time and doesn’t splinter. Our dog loves nibbling off the bark and chewing on the stick itself.

For English Bulldogs, absolutely brilliant!
I regularly buy these chew sticks for my mum's New English Bulldog bitch. She’s currently 9 months old and loves to chew. The chew stick helps her calm down, keeps her entertained, and she really enjoys chewing on it. Naturally, the wood crumbles when it’s chewed on intensively, but that’s to be expected as it’s a natural product. Ham bones would be a bigger mess, they can splinter dangerously and have an impact on the dog’s weight. None of that is an issue here!

My 9 big dogs love it
I have 6 Labradors, 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks, and 1 Kangal, all of them love chewing on their olive wood. Before, I always used coffee wood, but it crumbles a lot and makes an incredible mess. Plus, my dogs would completely finish the coffee wood within a few hours.
The olive wood is definitely worth the money—I don’t understand some of the comments here. In any case, I’m very satisfied, and so is my pack of dogs!

Expensive fun for an ordinary stick
This thing splinters like crazy. My puppy chews on it very gently, and even the bark is already splintering into dangerous pieces. Next time, I'll go back to the coffee wood...

Not sure
I don’t find this product safe, despite the item description: "No splintering: for safe chewing pleasure, the wood frays, and the fibres can be easily swallowed" ... 5 minutes after I gave it to the dog, there were already several scattered pieces (approx. 4 cm x 2 cm). If the dog accidentally ingests several of them, I don’t even want to think about the problems that could arise. Removed immediately.

Fun in the pool
The olive wood hasn’t exactly sparked a huge chewing frenzy in my Giant Schnauzer, but when he does play with it, it turns out to be hard and sturdy. He either chews on it or just carries it around. I reckon the size L will last us quite a while.

Is this really “safe”?
I gave this to my dog but soon took it from her. The pieces that came off did not look safe. I contacted Zooplus but they said the manufacturer states “ The dog's stomach breaks down the pieces so there is no risk of injury.”
Zooplus’ response gave me no comfort, I wouldn’t risk the pieces (some over 1cm) not getting lodged in my dog’s throat, so the stick/chew went in the bin.
0/5 was not a rating option, unfortunately.

Long lasting and safe
This chew has lasted both our puppy and grown up lab a long time. They haven't lost interest and the 'bits' that come off it are very soft and tiny. Unlike the coffee wood chew which is terrible. This is definitely the better product

Finally, something big for a change.
Size L is perfect for our Great Danes! They carry the "stick" around, throw it away, and chew on it. Brilliant!

My dog salivates over this
This toy is essentially an olive tree log. My vizsla salivates over it. Absolutely loves it, can spend hours working on it, only chewing off small bits. Very resistant “toy” would buy again, albeit I’m not sure if I’ll need to.

Not suitable for indoors
Lotta loves it a lot, but the whole thing is such a mess that it's absolutely unsuitable for indoors (no, I'm not a cleanliness fanatic) – what she scrapes off is like sawdust, only finer, and we're constantly hoovering, several times a day. Practical test: failed. The next chew toy will be an antler again.

Happy labrador at last!
Its a real challenge searching for toys and chews for my 2 year old girl, she's destroyed so many of her toys. Saw this and took a chance, amazing, keeps her occupied for ages, very little mess, only a few teeny bits. Would recommend to other destructive dog owners without hesitation.

Chew articles
I think it's a good alternative to chewing, but unfortunately, we didn't even have it for one day. It's not even paid for yet, and our dog has either hidden it or buried it. In any case, it's nowhere to be found – an expensive bit of fun 🤣🤣

Very good
Very large. Great chewing fun, I would definitely order it again. The dog gets to enjoy it for a long time.
