Just disappointment! After treating many stains from cat urine on the carpet, not a single stain came out. Absolutely! And I was so excited about this product.

This product is efficient at removing stains and odours. I used it on my carpet to remove cat urine and it worked really well whilst having a mild fragrance which is great if you have kids. I've had no issues with discolouration of my carpet with this product. It's also very good on hard floors and I’ve also used it on the cats food mat. I received the product for testing purposes, but would definitely recommend.

This has been an excellent stain remover especially for those tough stains that grab to cream coloured carpet. I use this straight away and it lifts it completely. I will definitely buy this product again

Sorry but followed instructions to the letter and it was totally ineffective on a dog urine stain on an all wool carpet. In fact worse because I wasted time with this when I could have been looking for something that actually works. Bought from Zooplus who should not be selling this.

Especially with urine, there's often the issue that residues remain, which only a cat's nose can detect. This often leads to the spot being marked again. The cleaner completely eliminates even these odours. It's also very compatible with various materials (upholstery, carpets) and doesn't leave any marks or stains.

I do think it needs a stronger scent to make it smell fresh not like you’ve used a spray for cats.I’ve used it numerous times and it does do the job extremely well by lifting the smell of a cats spray or an accident.My first appearance was I liked it and it sprays evenly.I’ve used on carpets and hard floor.it didn’t fully remove blood though when my kitten bled so I used my carpet cleaner. I do feel this is safe for cats and I will continue to use as overall it’s a great product to use

The stain remover comes in a standard bottle with a spray function. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering. My cats definitely weren’t bothered by it. Most of the stains we deal with are caused by vomiting. These stains were easy to remove without any trouble. Older stains improved but weren’t completely removed. However, that wasn’t my expectation anyway. In any case, I can recommend the product, which I received for testing purposes.
