I put all the parts together, but I'm missing the small piece that makes the water jet go a bit higher. Also, it says there are 3 adjustable jet speeds, which isn't true. My cat still went to it straight away, so I'm happy but also disappointed.

With this heat, I wanted my cats to have water available all the time. This fountain is perfectly silent, so they’re not afraid of it. They took to it straight away. I’ve put two in strategic spots: one in the house and one in the garage. I can see they’re drinking and coping with the heatwave.

The fountain worked very well at first, but then every 2 or 3 weeks, on top of the weekly cleaning, I had to take the pump apart to remove limescale and dirt. Despite all that, it ended up breaking down less than a year and a half after I bought it…

We were very happy with this water fountain for our cat, but after less than a year it stopped working… I think the quality of the motor isn’t very good. I’m disappointed with this product.

10 months of use and the pump is dead. I should have read the reviews before buying it.

Works great, my cats quickly got used to this fountain. 2.5L capacity, flashing red warning if the water is low and solid red if there’s no water left. Keeps and filters the water fresh.

The fountain, looked after properly. Stopped working 4 months after ordering. Contacted customer service, had to take the pump apart and all that, finally got a refund after loads of emails. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The first month of use seemed perfect... Until I found out that algae kept growing in the bowl, which was actually cracked. Constant deep cleaning was a pain before the pump finally gave up.

I have had this fountain for 3 years without any problems, only the pump’s light gave up pretty quickly but honestly, it wasn’t very useful anyway. My cat drinks a lot more now and I have peace of mind for quite a while, I just need to top up the water with a big glass once a week. You just need to take everything apart for cleaning once a month and change the filter.
