Delivery was fast. The cage looks nice as expected and was easy to assemble. However, one food holder was missing from the package and one corner at the bottom is chipped, so I'm giving one star less.

As a first experience, I wasn't satisfied because I received a cage with a broken tray at the corners, so I couldn't use it. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new product, since the tray alone wasn't available. Above all, the people are true professionals. Now my budgies have a huge, beautiful cage with all the accessories, and they're really enjoying it. I now trust Zooplus completely. 🥰
