Easy to put together
Arrived on time and was up in no time as it’s easy to put together. Non of my cats have tried it yet but plan to put toys and catnip to encourage them to use it or maybe they didn’t like the location! Looks good so hopefully they might use it soon

Wow! Amazing
Amazing product! It’s like a house with a roof terrace for my cats. My kitten in particular loves it and sleep on it every night. Great quality and worth every penny!

Nice, cat play house.
Great play house. Looks good. Fairlywell made, especially for price. Fairly simple to assemble. It lives in my kitchen by large window and next to heater. My 6 year old loves to chill out on the top level. She doesn't really use the stairs but jumps up. Has been in lower den area, but not often, that I have seen for long. Likes to check it out then comes out, but does use top area a fair bit.

Price is cheap but not very good
The painting was sloppy and much smell of paint. Two of my cats didn't go in now. One piece of the item embed was defective and can’t mount in of the Prince Cat Playhouse. There was very loose and not safe.

Gorgeous!
I love this little den, I’ve actually bought it for my rabbit. I’ve painted the grey parts in a non toxic paint and it looks even prettier now. Although she doesn’t use the steps so I will eventually create a ramp for her instead!

Perfect Bunny House!
My bunny loves sleeping in this house. It’s so sturdy and well made and looks nice in his enclosure.

Pictures say it all. Surprised zoo plus charge this much for such a poorly made product that could easily cause injury

Brilliant
Really happy with this purchase!! Arrived within 2 days, it was easy to assemble, good quality and sturdy. The colour of the wood is lovely and fits in well with our decor. The cat is taking a little time to warm to it but I’m hopeful he will start using it properly soon.

Beautiful
Our two love this. They are almost never in there at the same time. They each like the viewing platform of the penthouse suite! And the lower deck - 'coach house' is a favourite place to hide when strangers are visiting. Well made and highly recommended.

Pretty cheaply made,
Could build better with better wood for the price.
Had too make holes and use better screws.
Top half has already gave way with a little force too put it in place...
I'm glad it's only for the rabbit..

great for kittens
my kittens love this as they like to chase each other around the den and playing on the steps, i have to say my older cats are not so fussy about the den. fairly easy to put together

Almost useless, arrived broken
As much as I love the look of this den, the bottom floor arrived broken; the screws were too short to properly fix the planks to the support beams beneath it.
There also appears to be holes in the wood ( which I assume is where you're meant to place some screws ) in places that do not line up with the wood correctly.
Although I'm unhappy with my experience, my cat seems to love the top floor, I just wish I had a better time assembling my product. It arrived on time and was packaged nicely.

Pen for bunnies
Ordered this pen for my house bunnies. Really easy to put together, they're both really intrigued by it. I was worried the steps might be an issue but they've had absolutely no problem with them. We're all very happy

I know this meant to be for cats but I brought this for my 2 dogs, I hadn't even finished building it and they were in it and on it is big enough for them to both be either on top or in the den. They really love as now they can sit on top bunk and watch the birds in the garden so very happy with the purchase. No sharp edges easy to assemble took around 10 mins with the dogs help
