Mix 1 (6 x 400g)
Texture is different. Dog won't touch it.
My dog used to love Lukullus but the latest order I have received he won't touch. I don't know if the recipe has changed but the texture certainly has. It used to be solid and chunky, something that he could get his teeth into. Now it is more like a paste. I won't be ordering anything from the Lukullus range again.

Wrong varieties
I have bought the Lukulus mixed trial pack (1) before as my dog likes the choice and varieties. On my latest order of 3 packs, however, the Lamb & Chicken variety had been substituted with Turkey & Goose Hearts. As one of the other choices is Turkey & Rabbit this meant that 12 out of the 18 cans' main content was turkey: some variety for poor little Mishka.

Beware of plastic shards in the food.
Dog loves the food but I found a very hard and sharp shard of plastic in the food.
Check thoroughly.

Great quality and decent price
My cockerpoo is so fussy, over the past 2 years I've tried every single food I can think of and this is the only thing he will eat and is the kindest to his delicate stomach
Digestion issues
Not complaining about ingredients/recipes but about impact on dog’s guts. Having to feed canned wet as my hound has had all her teeth removed. She developed runny stools straight away; over the next few days it got worse and today it was brown water. No more.
quality food
My dog loves this food, I love quality of it and that it doesn't smell like high street smelly low value food. This one actually smells like clean food, like meat. Good portions small meaning not fillers, u don't have to stretch your dog stomach to feed it for once!

Samis got food poisoning
Not sure if the food's fault, but my Samis got very bad food poisoning. He came back from a walk, as usual I gave him wet food for lunch, this time it was Lukullus turn to be eaten. He didn't eat anything else that day and at night 3am the vomiting and explosive diarrhea started. He was feeling so bad that I had to take him to the vet 2 days later. So as I said, unsure if it was this food, but after few weeks, he still has bad memories and refuses to try the rest cans.

THE ONLY FOOD MY PICKY DOG WILL EAT!
My 3yo whippet would refuse all food apart from meat, she would not eat for days and I had tried every food on the market! all her ribs would be on show and she would hardly have any energy- checked for medical problems many times and nothing! after trawling forums someone mentioned lukkulus - I excitedly brought a tray to see. WOW ! She eats it from her bowl before ive even finished forking it out - the bowl is clean, everytime!!, This is a revelation!! and I am free from worry! TY!

Amazing!!
This food is very good indeed. I have one dog that will eat anything, the other can be fussy. The fussy one can not wait for me to put this down for her, she loves it !!! Full of good natural ingredients, what more could you ask for !
Looks great, smells great, apparently tastes great!
We get this for our greyhound as a topper for his Lukullus dry food to keep his diet interesting. It actually smells tasty and you can see the ingredients in it (e.g. grains of rice and chunks of potato), it's not just one brownish splodge. He really enjoys it and it doesn't upset his digestion, unlike the food he arrived with!
This is the cheapest way to get the 800g cans and you get a variety too. As he only has it as a topper, 1 can lasts 4 days. Good value for a good quality food!
Disappointed
My dog just didn't eat these at all. I buy Markus Muhle dry dog food which he loves and add a topping so decided to try. He didn't want to know, will try on my other dog to see if she likes it.

Love the mix
All of our 3 dogs ( 2 rescues ) love this to go with their dry food. Love that I can give them a different flavour everyday. Can't fault it.
Maddies Favourite
Our labradoodle is not a fussy eater but has been known to ignore her food for half a day. However with this brand she actually nudges me as I'm dishing it up ! All gone in a minute!

Fantastic food
My Patterdale x Staffy absolutely adores this food so much so she sits and waits by the food cupboard every time we go into the kitchen. It smells good, looks good and really is GOOD.
