Canine Puppy is suitable for puppies from weaning up to the age of 9 months (small breeds) or 18 months (large breeds). It contains all the nutrients a growing dog needs: calcium and phosphorus for strong bones, protein for strong muscles and essential fatty acids for a healthy, shiny coat.
Puppies need more of these nutrients than adult dogs. Canine Puppy guarantees your litter a good start in life.
Hill's Science Plan Canine Puppy with lamb & rice is a complete daily food for puppies - no extra food or supplements are required (though you may combine or switch between Canine Puppy dry and tinned food). Fresh water should always be provided.
Pregnant and nursing bitches can also benefit from Canine Puppy - the concentrated formula helps replace the energy taken up by the puppies, keeping the mother at a healthy weight.
Lamb & Rice (minimum Lamb 35 %; minimum Rice 5 %): Ground maize, lamb meal, animal fat, maize gluten meal, soybean meal, ground rice, dried beet pulp, digest, vegetable oil, disodium phosphate, potassium chloride, L-lysine hydrochloride, salt, taurine, vitamins and trace elements. Naturally preserved with mixed tocopherols, citric acid and rosemary extract.
