Integra Protect UrinaryIntegra Protect Urinary cat food contains a reduced level of magnesium and urine acidifying substances to reduce the formation of stones. Good digestibilty and acceptance rate. Urinary and bladder stones from phosphorous, magnesium and ammonium, can arise as a result of a genetic disposition in cats.
Cats whose urinary tracts become oversaturated with magnesium are more prone to the formation of struvit stones. Struvit stones form at a high alkaline pH, so attention must be given to the influence of decreasing urinary pH levels.

Through its special recipe, Integra Protect Urinary diet food helps to oppose the re-emergence of struvit stones in cats:
Integra Protect Urinary cat food has great preventitive properties to support the nutritional needs of cats during their illness, and also for the complete duration of these health problems. Integra Protect Struvit also has a good acceptance level and is very easy for cats to digest.
Integra Protect Urinary dry food supports vet-recommended treatment plans, and can be combined ideally with Integra Protect Struvit wet food.
Integra Protect Urinary is not suitable for oxalate stones. If in doubt, please consult your veterinarian.
