Great Feeder, Good Value . . .having problems recording though :(

For value for money i think youd be struggling to beat this, but i will echo another review and say the instructions are poor . . . and still can't record a message not sure what im doing wrong. If any knows can you tell me please :-). Other than that, really great, but silly mistakes can be made through lack of instruction though most is obvious.

Good for just one animal.

I brought four of these feeders for my four cats, on advice from my vet about regular and seperate feeding times. I think that although the genetal idea behind them is brilliant, they don't really work with multiple pets as 1. they loose time (each at thier own rate) so they all call at different times and 2. because they are so noisey. they call three times at each feeding. If you are just getting the one however i think they are great!

Instructions are sparse

Just received the TX4 and my only criticism is that it lacks clear and concise instructions on use and cleaning. Is it possible to disassemble it to clean or do I take the whole unit and wash it under the tap? It's pretty sparse to say the least. On a positive note it makes a refreshing change that batteries are included.

Relief ! :]

i've been suffering from lack of sleep because my cat has been miaowing at 5 in the morning and waking me up because she was hungry :| i was driven to the point of having to lock her in a room overnight so i can't hear her ! thanks to the automatic feeder though, i can be reassured that she can be happily fed while i am happily asleep :)

Tabby's friendly feeder

This is a wonderful invention! I set it to run 4 times per day, and know that whether I'm home of away she's well looked after. The only problem is that I've lost my instructions and can't wash it cos I've forgotten how to put it together + how to change the timing!!! Never mind.

Works like a charm - and nice price too!

This is a great feeder.You can set the feeding time to the hour-and there are four stages so that can be over anything up to four days.The dish moves right around at the designated time and all the food in that serving section is revealed in one go (and you can record a little calling for the animal if you like - which is quite cute). All in all I think this feeder is great and good value at the price too.
