The hard consistency provides chewing fun and keeps your pet busy. Organic spirulina is added to give your cat vitality, build up its immune system and provide it with protein and essential amino acids. Organic seaweed is rich in minerals (e.g. iodine, calcium) and vitamins (incl. vitamins A, E and D). Organic seaweed also contains taurine, omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Crazed Cat!
My Oriental went crazy for these. I broke off two pieces and they were gone in a flash! Then he was looking at me like a demented cat, pleading for more. So I gave him the rest (just over half) of it, and he went running off with it into the sitting room, like it was prey!! That went just as fast too. Never had such a strong reaction from a treat before.

Our cats love them
Our 2 cats both love these chewy sticks as treats, I just tear them up into smaller bits for them, which only takes a few seconds and neither has problems eating, they never last long.

Very hard
Very hard, my cat vomited after eating the first one!I think these sticks are dangerous and possible to choke the cats!

My cat gets too excited when she see these!
My cat will meow and be racing towards the cupboard when I get one of these bad boys out! At first she will play with it, run, skid and catch it and then she will finish it off. Great food, organic and keeps her entertained, which is always a good thing.

Going going.... gone!
My cat loves these. I think they should change the name to swallow sticks though, he barely chews them! A nice treat to give him :)

Extremely dry and tough!
The texture is like dehydrated shoe leather! Like a previous review mentioned...I too had to use scissors to cut through them... my two cats got fed up trying to bite/chew them. After cutting them into very small pieces, I tried soaking them in a little water in the hope it would improve them/make them more palatable...but they remained leather like and my two cats would have none of it! Finally had to throw them...a waste of money for me!

Disappointingly tough
I was really looking forward to getting these and treating my kitty as she loves her meat sticks and any food that she has to play with/maul before she eats it! However these just didn't work for us. They were just too tough for her to manage so they were pointless as a stick. She just ended up leaving it lying around the floor after dragging it around and covering it in fluff. I cut the next one up with scissors and she happily wolfed the little bits down. She is 5 and has healthy teeth and gums and enjoys other brands of sticks so I know it's not just her not enjoying something different. Although she will eat the rest and enjoy them in little pieces its a bit of a hassle for me(they do stink so not pleasant to handle! But have managed to leave them in packet and squeezed little bit out at a time whilst snipping so I don't have to touch it) The ingredients appear to be of high quality which is the reason I've given it two stars and the packaging was easy to tear open but they just don't work as sticks. Perhaps larger kitties or those more used to hunting and eating larger animals (rabbits and larger birds) would find them easier but they just weren't for us.

Very fussy cat, loves them!
I've bought a ridiculous number of treats for my cat, and she's snubbed every single one (including dreamies) - she loves these though! She paws at it the moment I get the wrapper out and is always asking for more.

Good, but a little tough
My cat gets a stick for a treat every now and then but I usually get cheapish ones. Feeling decadent, I thought Polo may appreciate an organic, gourmet stick. He was all over it but soon lost interest as it was just a little too hard to chew. It was still lying on the floor the next day so I put it in the bin. I gave the rest of them to another cat friend who ate them up without complaint, so it could be that in Polo's old age he can't be bothered to work for his treats. Lazy man. I think he ate one once, or else it is lost in a crevice and covered in slobber for eternity.

My cat loves them but some go bad within a date
My cat loves these and I buy them for her but sadly quite a few times I opened one and found it went mouldy. My cat then refuses it and I have to bin it, hence the 3 stars. Perhaps a shorter sell by date would be better.

Healthy (I think)
I chose these sticks because they have a high meat content which I think is better than the ones filled with water and who knows what else. My boy kitten growls so my little girl can't get anywhere near it. It takes him a long time (minutes rather than seconds) to devour it, unlike the water filled ones. It's a very hard stick though and I slightly worry about him wolfing it so quickly and not chewing it up enough, that he might choke. I'll probably try a different brand next time.

A great treat
These set my cat purring as soon as he hears the packet being opened, he adores them. I usually hang on the them and let him pull off bits in a tug-of-war, for the fun and to stop him bolting them down in a few gulps!

Give me more please.
My british short hair boy loves those sticks and they are very important part of his diet. He has learned to recognise the sound of the wrapper and runs fast to get his treats which he chews with pleasure.
