Helpful tips for soiled litter disposal:
Only flush one clump of soiled litter at a time down the toilet.
For best results let the individual clumps soak and soften slightly in the toilet before flushing.
Make sure each clump has completely disappeared before putting the next clump into the toilet.
The clumps are easier to dispose of if they are lightly crushed with the litter scoop before you drop them into the toilet.
Never add more than one clump at the same time.
For best results remove soiled clumps several times a day and add fresh litter as needed.
Never dispose of the entire cat litter from the tray in the toilet. Please refer to your local regulations for disposal of large amounts of cat litter.
We have 6 cats & have used Worlds Best for 20+ years with no problems but tried this because of good reviews. It doesn’t clump well, what clumps there are fall apart easily. Impossible to avoid taking out quite a lot of dry litter with a clump, unlike W Best. 3 of 6 cats don’t like it. W Best reduces odour much better. Won’t buy Greenwood’s again.

Best litter for Price
I tried this instead of my regular brand clumping plant based litter. It tends to form larger drier clumps than the other and works out significantly cheaper though I wish I could order more at a time.
No smell, safe if ingested and more environmentally friendly than most litters. Worth a try in any household

Perfect wood and clumping combination
I've always favoured clumping litter as it's so much easier to keep the tray clean and the cats happy! I have to do a full tray change / clean far less often. It does track, but so do all clumping litters, and I keep a hand hoover nearby get the bits up quickly. Having a lidded litter tray and a tray mat helps with this too. Now I've found this product I'm never going back!

Happy with this litter
I’m happy with this biodegradable litter. It does track, but I haven’t found any litter that doesn’t. I put the urine clumps in the compost bin and flush the poo.

One of the worst litters i've ever bought...it trails everywhere every time the tray is used, the star given is for price only. I do not recommend this litter.

Best on the market
Can’t understand the other comments about it tracking everywhere. I have two cats using one box and it doesn’t track any further than the mat outside the box. Odour control and clumping vastly better than ‘worlds best’ and it’s a quarter of the price!

Worst nightmare Tracking
It tracks so badly that you find it all over the house. I hate this cat litter because of so much tracking. It is unbearable and I really regret I bought two bags.

Brilliant!
My three cats love it, their tendency to wee 'elsewhere' has diminished and I can just pick the lumps out and flush them down the loo! Three cats and I reckon one bag lasts a couple of months :)

Cats like it, Humans don't
Why cats seem to like it:
- They love to dig in the stuff and get it all over their fur, stuck on their paws...
Why the humans are not a fan:
- The cats track it all over the house because its stuff on their paws.
- After 3 days in the litter box it starts to lose its clumping ability, becomes more like sawdust, thus making it even messier.
- Smells are better neutralised with other wood pellet type litters, this one doesn't mask smells as well and doesn't have a fresh smell.

So glad I changed to this
This is cleaner than normal cat litter, smells less, lasts longer and the cats like it. I'm so glad I made the change to this cat litter!

Worth the cost
I've tried all different kinds of cat litter & was using cats best as it contained smell better. This one is so much better despite the extra cost. Having 2 cats & 2 separate litter boxes this litter works out cheaper long term. It's clumping power means it's easy to scoop out the soiled contents & fewer top ups. Not much mess outside of litter box either

Not quite up to the job
This litter is great value but does not clump as good as others on the market
So I won’t be buying again

Best cat litter
I was buying wood chip litter from pets at home which is ok but turns to sawdust quickly when the cats wee on it. This litter is amazing clumps so well for poo and wee. Although a little more pricey change the tray far less because it just lifts out what has been soiled. Highly recommend. There is no smell either.

Not for a Persian
Sadly this is everywhere in the house & around the litter tray! It doesn’t track like clay across the floor but the mess it makes due to lightweight attaching to paws & fur in general means I’m still looking for the perfect litter.

cat prefers this to wood pellet litter
great eco alternative to cat litter. i have 5 cats and have been looking for litter that is biodegradable so it doesn't fill up the bin and cheap. i tried wood pellet litter and although the used it for pee for some reason they are not happy about using it for poohing. This however they use for both - very happy

Good litter
I have used Worlds Best for years however one of my cats has started weeing on the carpet, so trying to eliminate reasons why. He is a poorly cat so this could be a reason but thought I would try changing the litter in one tray to see if this helps - no wees on the carpet since I made the change. It doesn’t smell at all, does stick to fur and tracks everywhere but just hoover up more often ! It clumps well but you need to leave it a while to dry before scooping otherwise is breaks up.

Pleased with this litter.
I really don’t get the bad reviews for this litter. I used to buy Cats Best but Greenwood’s is better in my opinion. It clumps well as long as there’s plenty of litter and keep topping up. Odour control is good. It tracks a bit but I have good litter mats to help that. Most litter I have bought tracks.

Excellent product
I use it with a sifting litter box. It lasts a very long time that way. I like that it is a natural biodegradable product.
