Perfect! No noise!
Got my cat one when diagnosed with CKD. He LOVES it. I chose this 1 as it is a fair price & has 3 levels - as he gets weaker he won’t have to lower his head to the ground to drink. He likes to drink from the middle bowl but I’ve seen him drinking from the running water too. He’s been used to havin water in the bedroom so I put it there. IT IS SO QUIET! hardly hear it & it hasn’t disturbed my sleep at all. Some I’ve seen have pump noise or running water is loud! I’m buying another for downstairs.

Awful design
Doesn't matter how much you clean this thing you will always have bits floating. I've given up with this and will buy one that actually works. The flow on it is also pitiful. Barely even flows

cats loved it
at first the cats would not use it with the motor going, (its not very loud at all but enough to put them off) when they got used to using it as a drinking bowl i turned the motor on and now they love it.

Brilliant product
Bought this a few weeks ago as my vet recommended it to encourage my cat to drink more. My cat never drinks from his water bowl so I was hoping this would work. My cat totally ignored it for a week. Thought I would leave it a bit longer for him to get used to it. Then he just started drinking from it. So far have found it easy to clean and replenish with fresh water. Haven’t cleaned the pump yet but hope that is as simple to clean as it sounds. So far I am really pleased with the product

Can't use anymore
The fountain is good. Easy assembling and the cats enjoy it. However, it gets a foam close to the waterfall and it is not very pleasant. I started cleaning it weekly and then fortnightly, but it didn't solve. Besides that, it is made by plastic - what I knew before buying, but the vet recommended not using it anymore as my cat developed feline acne and one of the most common causes of it is plastic materials. Unfortunately, didn't work for me.

Fantastic
My cat has never drunk so much water. I was a bit sceptical about buying this but after reading all the reviews I decided to buy it and see. Wow. She absolutely loves it. Also her urine doesn’t smell as strong (she’s an indoor cat)

I've tried boiled water, filtered water, etc., but even with the filters, I get black mould. I've had to stop using it.

Great
My cats love this. It’s quiet and attracts them to drink. I actually thought mine was broken as the pump stopped working but the black box was clogged with fur. After a quick tutorial on YouTube I now clean the filter weekly with cotton buds and it’s stayed as good as new.

Will always have one
I have 3 cats who use this. They definitely drink more because of it. I was sick of seeing them drink from puddles or the toilet! But that has stopped now. It’s quiet and you can adjust the flow. Only thing I thought it was broke once as the pump stopped working but it was actually clogged. I recommend watching a YouTube video to show you how to properly clean the black pump and you’ll have it years!

Value for money
After 8 months this fountain is still going strong. We have 4 cats, all different sizes, all use this. Our 2 year old spent 3 months trying to dig underneath to find where the water went but has now thankfully given up. Different drinking heights, quiet pump, nice long electric cord which divides so don't have to take plug section to the sink when refilling. Some fiddly bits to clean which attract scale especially if in hard water area. Otherwise very pleased.

Brilliant!
I love this cat fountain. It's the best cat product that I have bought. It is easy to clean and the pump is quiet. Best of all my cats love drinking water from the fountain and they drink far more than they used to. Fab.

Black mildew build-up
My cat loves the fountain and it is quiet however there seems to be a build up of some sort of black mould/mildew on it whilst in use. I change the water and clean the fountain weekly and I rinsed the filter prior to use as instructed. I will need to clean this every day/every other day to prevent the build up instead of once every week. I have tried looking into the issue but no one else seems to have the issue with this product.

Wouldn't go back
We used a bowl for our cat's water but was going to be away overnight and wanted him to be able to have plenty of water. The pump is quiet and we noticed our cat drinks more than he did when using the bowl so haven't gone back.

3rd Fountain because they stop working!
This is the 3rd fountain we've had to purchase because they break within a year. The only reason I keep buying this one is because our cats love it and we have the filters for it.

WILL NEVER USE ANYTHING ELSE!
All three of my cats have loved this fountain from the word go. Prior to this, my 17yr old female would only ever drink from a running tap, so this is amazing. They each vary their drinking position and have even been known to all take a drink at the same time. Water for my cats is cleaner, cooler and more oxygenated; what more could a loving owner want?

This is a brilliant idea- both of mine drink a lot , usually out of a running tap. One of my boys is diabetic and it’s great to satisfy his permenant thirst when I’m out during the day. I don’t use the filter, choosing to wash the unit through every couple of days. Recommend for any cat.

Brilliant improvement on our cat water bowls...
Arrived on time, set up was easy, plugs all fitted fine. Nice and quiet, cats both took to it instantly and I've done away with the spilling bowls I had for them all over the house! Love this product, cats love it and water stays inside the well, can't complain about that :)

I have 17 indoor cats and a few of them live to drink from a running tap, so I thought i’d try a water fountain. I live the fact this one has 3 levels to drink from. Extremely easy to set up and very quiet too. My cats were hesitant at first but then they were queueing up to use it. Definately going to buy a 2nd one.
