Product description
Grain-free dog food for a species-appropriate and regionally typical diet. Based on the natural eating habits of wolves in Canada, Scandinavia and the Mediterranean habitat.
Our dogs are full-fledged members of the family who loyally stand by our side every day, and they therefore deserve a species-appropriate diet. Their descent from wolves makes dogs carnivores and omnivores, which has not changed over the course of evolution. That is why, when developing WOLF OF WILDERNESS, we set ourselves the goal of following the wild instincts of wolves and only used original ingredients from the wolf's diet in our recipes.Research into the natural eating habits of wolves has shown that their diet consists mainly of meat combined with wild berries, roots and wild herbs. As they consume very few carbohydrates in the wild, we have not used any grain in our food. Our recipes consist of plenty of fresh meat typical of the region and are supplemented with roots, wild herbs and berries typical of the region.
Wolf of Wilderness ‘Triple Taste’ 6 x 800 g is available in the following varieties:
- Triple Taste Canada: Fresh beef with cod and turkey, as well as cranberries from Canada
- Triple Taste Scandinavia: With salmon and reindeer from Scandinavia, as well as chicken and blueberries typical of the region
- Triple Taste The Mediterranean: With lamb, chicken and trout, olive and rosemary extract, and elderberries typical of the region
- Triple Taste The Outback: With fresh chicken, beef, kangaroo and wild berries typical of the region
- Triple Taste The Savanna: With fresh turkey, beef, goat and wild berries
This ensures a balanced nutrient intake and meets Wolf of Wilderness' requirements for species-appropriate feeding.

Taste of Scandinavia/Taste of Mediterranean
Disappointed with both of these - the contents include chicken but I had several tins which consisted of very little mixed meat as described but 7 or 8 whole chicken hearts! One tin had 9!! Wouldn’t buy these again.
Arctic Spirit and Taste of Canada on the other hand were excellent. A good mixture, smells great, dogs loved both of these two varieties.

Very happy
I really like the kangaroo meat in the "Outback" variety, which seems to have a new and great taste (my dog almost licked the glaze out of the bowl - he loved it so much), the smell and consistency were also really great - you can see whole little chicken hearts and it smells rather pleasantly neutral...and the main thing, as I said, is that my dog seems to like it very much and it's good for him too :) I can highly recommend!

my rottweiler loves rhis
The best food to feed my rottweiller. He eats the dry version of this too and the tina are for variation. His coat is beautiful and so glossy and rhats without conditioning spray! Most dogs who go onto this food start to look their best in no time. Im very fussy too and rarely leave reveiws but credit were credit is due. 5 stars ****(

Great dog food
Since my little one has moved on to adult food, it has been difficult to find something that he tolerates really well. The Wolf of Wilderness products, both the wet and dry foods, seem to taste great and he digests them really well.
So far we have tried the Taste of Scandinavia and Taste of Mediterranean wet foods...

Different flavours
It's a shame that the new flavours all contain beef because my dog is allergic to it. She can eat all of the other varieties so it would be good if you could bring out more flavours without beef ♥️

What have they done!
Whatever they have done to this? It's changed so much the recipe and the texture. It's now generally a sloppy mess that comes out of the tin. Really disappointing as the dog used to really like it now I don't blame him for walking away. Please go back t how you used to prepare this food.

Happy
I normally cook my dogs food as he has a delicate stomach, I tried him on this at the start of lockdown because of obtaining ingredients. He loves it and it doesn't affect his tum

Great food
I bought this food on a recommendation and I'm very pleased with it. My dog's coat is much softer and her bowl is always empty in a flash. Also, this food doesn't smell bad like some others.

top
My dog has always eaten Wolf of Wilderness, but he adores this product. I barely have time to put it in his bowl before he devours it

Well liked
The wet food has a very nice ingredient list. As soon as I open it my dogs start to tremble in excitement at the thought of eating it. And for once the smell isn't nauseating like it normally is with wet food.

So happy
I have three Shepherds. I wanted to get them some wet food because the supermarket food was not sitting right with them and they were doing too many poos. Now I bought several tins of wet food and they love it. Their stool is firm and healthy.

Super food
Our little doggy loved this food from the word go. It fills her up too, which wasn't always the case with previous food, even with the same amount. She likes the dry food too.
The ingredients are amazing, very healthy.
Highly recommended, we will be sticking with this brand for sure

You can see the ingredients!
My 5 year old GSP was very happy eating all 3 of these - yep, they have visible ingredients including berries, kidney and other offal but frankly that's re-assuring. IMO smells fine (contrary to comments below), just different from the usual, and certainly no adverse effects.

Great dog food, supports joint function, my dog is so excited when I open the can :) I will buy it again.

Tastes amazing
My fussy Bolonka loves the Taste of Scandinavia. I ordered the mixed trial bag a while ago to find out what her favourite flavour was.

Just as good as Lily’s Kitchen and Canagan!!
I totally disagree with the other reviews. This range of Wolf of Wilderness is just as good as Lily’s Kitchen and Canagan yet nearly half the price. Great product will definitely be buying again!!!!! 5 Stars to all of Wolf of Wilderness premium range. My lab loves it all!

My dog loves it
This smells better than pate I buy for myself and my dog loves it. Easy to portion and store in the fridge

Poor quality
My jack didn’t like this at all and when I was dishing up I found bits of gut liver and grisly bits disgusting
