Royal Canin Veterinary Feline Urinary S/O in Gravy is specially formulated to specifically support the treatment of cystitis and urinary stones. This food can help to dissolve painful struvite stones and crystals as well as calcium oxalate stones. It simultaneously works to prevent new stones from building up and reduces the risk of cystitis. The special ingredients increase the volume of urine and optimise the RSS value. The recipe also ensures that your cat receives all the vital nutrients it requires for a healthy immune system.

Royal Canin Veterinary Feline Urinary S/O in Gravy contains the urine acidifiers calcium sulphate and DL-Methionine. It is also low in minerals, which makes it harder for crystals to form. The increase in the volume of urine means that it is thinner, and the urinary system is flushed out more. This wet food therefore helps to keep the urinary tract healthy. You can support your cat’s health while also giving it a tender and tasty meaty meal. This high-quality dietetic food is recommended by vets and can help cats with urinary tract problems to live an active and happy life in the long term!

Fantastic Product
This food is totally worth the price. My 6 year old boy was very poorly with a snowstorm of struvite crystals in his bladder. He was catheterised and he faced a very expensive, very painful operation with which success wasn’t guaranteed or I had to face putting him to sleep as his quality of life at this point was nil. He was sent home with three days worth of these pouches. During this time he improved and now after 5 weeks his bladder is back to how it should be. He is my happy, boy once again

Saved my cats life
My cat was having constant issues with blood in urine and not being able to pee, to the point where he was in every few days to get his bladder drained and on expensive medication which did nothing, the vets didn't know what else to do and the prospect of euthanasia was brought up, he was already on a urinary care food from another brand but as a last ditch effort we decided to try this, since then my cat has had no issues with blood or difficulty peeing and is even off all medication!!

Urinary S/O brilliant
I was worried because my cat had to be on this product by my vet. And i wasn't sure if he would eat it. I shouldn't have worried as he took to it immediately.
He was on it for 3 months to completely get rid of the stones he had in his urine.
Now he is on normal royal canin urinary and British short hair and sterilised, which supports urinary health.

Urinary food
Brilliant, was fast delivering and just what I needed. Cat loves it which I’m so glad about because I was worried about starting his special diet. Pieces are nice and small easy for him to chew. I recommend this food to anyone whose cat has to be on a urinary diet.

Changed ?
My cat has been on this food and the dry for around 8 years with no issues at all. However after the latest purchase he will lick the gravel off but not touch the meat at all - I have had to change him to a different brand and now have three and a half boxes of this expensive food going to waste

Recipe change
My cat used to love this however they have changed the recipe and he is allergic to whatever the new ingredient is. Multiple vet trips confirmed the source of his itching was in fact his food. This recipe change wasn't advertised on any of the boxes, really disappointing since I am struggling to find another urinary food he likes.

Recipe Change?
Bought the Morsels in Gravy a number of times and my cat absolutely loved it. The last pack however is different and she will not touch it similar to a few reviews below. I noticed changes in the smell, texture and the consistency of the gravy with this last batch.

Bad batch?
My cat initially LOVED this food, but he has refused to eat the last two batches I have bought. I now have almost a 100 sachets of food he is refusing to eat!

My cat wouldn't touch it
My senior cat loves eating the dry food version of this product but for some reason, he wouldn't touch the wet food. Clearly they are not the same thing. More money wasted! But at least, some of the aging fur babies in Cats Protection adoption center can be benefitted from the remaining pouches.

yum
Our puss was diagnosed with bladder crystals last year and has been on this and also the dry food since diagnosis.
His health has improved and no longer has issues witthe cystals but the vet recommended he stayed on this food. Now, our boy is a fussy pussy- likes a change, a treat so we were dreading the prospect of him turning hisn ose up at this. Oh no, how wrong were we. He loves this and looks so well.

Surprisingly good
Having a fussy eater I was concerned when advised to feed this for his urinary problems but he loves it, never turns his nose up now. He also loves the less calorie wet food and the dry food

Cats enjoy this
This is a specialist urinary S0 food, our cats love it and one of them had struvite crystals in the urine and therefore kept getting infections, whilst she does still have infections they have reduced usually while being on this food.
The cats do enjoy eating this food it’s just a shame there is not a wider choice of flavours, there is currently just one.

Product is ok
Product is ok my cat will eat it but don't think she loves it a lot but health has improved. Now buy from other place in larger box though as it is amongst the most expensive place to buy it from here

No more cystitis
Amazing product. My cat had cystitis several times over a few months for no apparent reason. In the end she developed bladder stones the infection got so bad (she is a nightmare to get antibiotics into and the injection antibiotics didnt work). Vet recommended this food and after a couple days of not giving her the beloved felix she loves it and hasn’t had cystitis for over a year! Definitely recommend. She is now on it permanently combined with the low cal biscuits and she couldn’t be happier.

Happy Cat = Happy Cat Mum!
Our tabby suffers massively with anxiety causing him to have urinary issues like cystitis. First of all my cat (Genie) can not get enough of both the dry and wet food, he loves it and find him waiting for his meals! Second of all, his health has massively improved! Toilet time is much easier and often and find myself finally feeling less worried. My vet reccomended this food and I will 100% stick with it! Happy 😊

Kipper
My cat used to love the old recipe with chicken but this new recipe she does not like and I want to change the food now so need to speak to the vet to see if you offer something similar. The picture on the food has changed as well. I have tried this new recipe for a couple of months.

Won’t eat
This got recommended by my vet alongside the dry mix as well. She loves the dry food but will not touch the wet - tried to mix with tuna but still turns her nose up :(
