Contact our Customer Service Team to arrange your personal food subscription and make sure your pet's bowl is never empty.
How it works:
- Select the cat and dog products you want from our range of food, snacks and litter.
- We will deliver every 1 – 16 weeks, as regularly as you request.
- You will get a 2% discount on the current zooplus price at the time each order is placed.
- You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. You can also pause your subscription when you are on holiday.
- Delivery is only available within the UK.
- Minimum order value is £35 (after discounts have been applied) with free delivery for most of the UK. Please see our delivery information for more details.
- Payment is via PayPal. You will receive an email notification allowing you to confirm the PayPal payment before each delivery.

- Email address your account is registered to
- Name and reference number for the products you require (e.g. Rocco Classic 6x800g Pure Beef, 34231.9).
- Please note that temporary promotional items are excluded from the subscription service.
- Quantity required
- Delivery interval – choose from 1 - 16 weeks
- The week in which delivery should commence
- Delivery name and address
- Telephone number in case we need to contact you
After submitting your information:
- We will contact you if we need to clarify anything.
- You will receive a confirmation email from us.
- We will send a reminder email before dispatching each order.
- We will also send you a link to PayPal so that you can confirm payment for your order.
- You will receive your requested items as frequently as arranged (dispatched Tuesday, delivery within 2-4 days).
