The following conditions ("Conditions of Participation") apply to participation in the "Royal Canin Canine Care Nutrition Satisfaction Guarantee" promotion.
The conditions of participation apply to all participants in the promotion. By participating, participants declare their agreement with these conditions.
The organizer of this promotion is ROYAL CANIN SAS
1.1 Participation is open to persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany/France/Spain/Italy/United Kingdom/Poland/Belgium/Netherlands, who have purchased a promotion product in Germany/France/Spain/Italy/United Kingdom/Poland/Belgium/Netherlands from ZOOPLUS and who have a bank account in the European Union that can be reached using the SEPA payment standard. Participation is only possible in the participant's own name. Employees, all persons involved in the development or implementation of the promotion (e.g. agencies, consultants, suppliers), as well as their respective family and household members are excluded from participation.
1.2 The "Royal Canin Canine Care Nutrition Satisfaction Guarantee" promotion shall take place between 01.04.2021 and 31.12.2021, 23.59 ("Promotion Period"). All original receipts sent in during this promotion period (see 2.1) proving the purchase of promotion products from ZOOPLUS shall be eligible for participation. 1.3 ROYAL CANIN SAS is entitled to exclude participants from the promotion who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process or the website, violate the conditions of participation or otherwise attempt to influence the promotion in an unfair or dishonest manner. In such cases, exclusion from the promotion, refusal of reimbursement or reclaiming the reimbursed amount of money may be considered.

2.1 On the website, a participant can take part in the promotion "Canine Care Nutrition Satisfaction Guarantee" by truthfully filling out the participation form (contact and bank data, (reason for dissatisfaction,)) and printing it, attaching the original receipt of purchase from ZOOPLUS, the product barcode and their signature and then sending it all to the post address “Royal Canin Satisfaction Guarantee promotion, 44263, Dortmund, Germany” via post at their own expense.
Participation is only valid for those who have purchased on ZOOPLUS and tried Royal Canin Canine Care Nutrition dry food for at least 30 days. Participations sent less than 30 days after the receipt date will not be valid.
Refunded per household (name, address, e-mail, IBAN account details) is a maximum of the purchase price of 1 promotion pack.
The receipt attached must be the full original. You can fold/crease especially long receipts as long as the relevant elements (number of items, receipt total, discounts granted and purchase date) still remain visible. Using copied/duplicated receipts will disqualify you from the promotion. If the receipt is incomplete or unreadable, the entire participation is invalid.
A household is defined, among other things, by identical last names, addresses, bank details and e-mail addresses. If a further participation is made with specification of one or more of the above criteria, this and any further participation shall be deemed invalid.
2.2 Each household with a valid participation will be transferred the purchase price of the products to the specified account within a period of 4 weeks after verification of participation. There will be system emails updating you on the status of your participation.
ROYAL CANIN SAS reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
All liability of ROYAL CANIN SAS in relation to damages incurred in the context of participation in the promotion is excluded. In particular, liability for lost refunds due to a postal malfunction is excluded. The ROYAL CANIN SAS and acardo group AG do not warrant that the promotion website will be available and accessible by participants at all times or that it will be free of content or technical errors. With the payment of the refund to the participants, the organizer is released from any obligation. All information on the part of the organizer is provided without guarantee. The acardo group AG is only liable for damages caused by acardo group AG intentionally or through gross negligence or through the violation of an essential contractual obligation in a way that endangers the achievement of the purpose of the contract. Royal Canin is responsible for the satisfaction guarantee in full and solely liable for compliance with GDPR and competition law. Zooplus is completely exempted from each participant, i.e. is in no way liable for the satisfaction guarantee.

ROYAL CANIN SAS respects the privacy of all persons participating in the promotion. acardo group AG will store and process personal data obtained in the course of the campaign exclusively and only as long as this is necessary in the course of the campaign.
