I bought two of these and within 2 days it looks frightful. My cats are half Bengal and half Ragdoll and one of them chewed it so I have bits all over the floor. And now the feather toy has fallen out too. It’s such a shame that they made the flowers from rushes, I plan to cover them at some point but I’d rather not have to.
It is sturdy though and they love it

Replacement parts would be good..
What I like: it's sturdy, heavy, good looking.
Bad points: baskets / flowers are very easy to tear apart, leaf now has a big whole, one of my kittens injured a leg as it slipped into the whole while kitten tried to leave. All happened after just one litter of kittens growing up and using the tree.
Would be happy if baskets and leaf can be buy as replacement parts.
Pretty design but very poor quality
This cat tree is really pretty and not like the conventional designs on the market. We really liked the look of it and what it would have to offer our 5 month old kitten. It was delivered really quickly and very easy to assemble. However, within a few weeks the cat tree is starting to fall apart. Feathers came off the bundles very easily with one coming off completely. The water hyacinth also becoming unwoven looking really shabby. Expected better quality considering the price.
Within a month, the platform used to jump up started to unravel and now has holes in it. Not sure how we are going to repair and make sturdy...... I should have said something I guess but due to house renovations we didn't put it together for 6/8 months. My cat does like the top level and uses the scratch pole which is why I have given 2 stars.

I know this has very good reviews but I feel for the price paid I was not happy with this product. The screws on the base did not line up & in the end I only managed to get 3 in. The baskets are too close together for my 1 cat to get from one to the other. On a good note it is solid & heavy.

Not suitable for multi cat households
I got this for my 6 cats in October (ranging in age from 7 to 17). They loved it because of the generously sized baskets beds, which they all liked to get into at once. Because of the study frame I never had to worry it might fall over.
Unfortunately, the scratching part is not as sturdy. By the end of November the rope had come away from the bottom section of the scratching pole. The suppliers sent me a replacement, and in fairness it lasted a bit longer than a month, but once again the rope has come away, from both the top and the bottom.
It is a shame, because as i said it is very sturdy otherwise and they love it, it just looks a mess now I may have to replace it
