The scent is pleasant, and the soft tip is comfortable to use. It's very economical, but my dog doesn't like it much. The result with the eye pads is similar to just using water. I've recently started using a 'washie', and that works brilliantly. However, the result with the washie and just water is the same. So, I'll finish the bottle, but I won't be repurchasing it. I had hoped for better results. I use it once a day.

I have an American Bulldog whose white fur around the eye was slightly discoloured due to tear stains (even though I cleaned the eye constantly), and later it hardly came off. Then I tried this product, and personally, I’m thrilled. If you use it regularly, you’ll quickly see results. The crusted parts came off, and the discolouration is gone. Now I use it as a preventative measure. We say thank you 🐾🦴

I used the tincture on my Havanese and my Havanese mix. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any effect. Tear stains can be wonderfully removed with water. Because of the nourishing ingredients, I still wanted to give the tincture a try. Aside from the lack of effectiveness, I personally find the product far too perfumed for sensitive dog noses.

I use it for my French Bulldog, and it removes all the crumbs in the folds around the eyes and across the whole face really well. I clean every two days, that's enough, and it's also very economical. I can highly recommend it.

I’ve tried quite a few tear stain removers, but this one is the best. From the very first use, it really makes a difference. I have a white short-haired dog and can see it’s getting better and better.

With daily use (twice a day during the first week), a noticeable improvement can be seen. With our Frenchie (Fawn), the reddish discolouration is almost no longer visible.

I’ve been using the product and I really like it. The discoloured spots around the eyes of my light-coloured dog have disappeared after a few treatments. However, you do need to keep at it consistently. It has a very subtle scent.

Super product. It doesn’t smell like flowers or chemicals. It removes everything effortlessly. My pad was completely brown. Even my Maltese dog willingly comes over for cleaning.
