I have a small Dane and the ramp lasted a couple of trial runs and then snapped.

At first, I was super happy with this ramp, which seemed really sturdy. I used it for the car. My four dogs (4, 17, 24, 38 kilos) used it almost daily. Unfortunately, after less than two months of use, it has split in the middle at the hinge and is now unusable. The ramp is completely sagging and on the verge of breaking apart... It's a real shame, especially since my dogs used the ramp very calmly and walked up and down one at a time.

I ordered the ramp for our young dog to help him get down the steps into the garden. Unfortunately, the ramp broke in the middle after just a few weeks of "enthusiastic" use (approx. 20 kg dog), so we initially placed a large flower pot underneath it. However, it kept slipping, and in the end, we had to dispose of it due to massive, protruding wood splinters. Such a shame.

I ordered the ramp because of the good reviews. However, it’s far too heavy for me to lift it out of the car, set it up, and put it back in 2-3 times a day. On top of that, the slats designed to stop the dog from slipping are so close together that my dog struggles with them. Such a shame!

I ordered this ramp partly because of the great reviews. However, the large ramp is so heavy (which I didn’t consider when ordering) that I can’t imagine transporting it from the back seat of the car to the boot and back 2-3 times a day. My dog’s joints and back will certainly be protected, but mine definitely won’t...
