The cat tree had stripped screws for the poles therefore not a stable cat tree. It may look nice but not stable after period of use.

I bought this about 20 months ago and at first I was delighted with it. Though my cat wouldn’t use it for about 6 months but we persevered and it is not an eyesore. Now suffering from arthritis she only uses it to gain a little height. However I have found that tightening it is having no effect and it is unstable so now my cat is less able to use it. The bit that won’t tighten is part B the connecting piece. Such a shame.

Very disappointed with the colour. It says “Beige” and looks beige in the pictures, but in reality the fabric is more of a dirty pink/old rose. So the pictures don’t match the actual colour at all and feel very misleading. If I’d known the colour leaned so much towards pink, I wouldn’t have chosen this one.

The scratching post is nice and looks good, but it's very unstable and wobbles from side to side every time the cats jump on it. It only became usable after I wedged it between two pieces of furniture and the wall—before that, the cats didn't want to use it at all. The shelves are set at such an angle that it's hard for the cats to get down from the top; most of the time, they just jump onto nearby furniture 🤷🏻‍♀️ Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.
