I ordered a grey one but got a yellowish so annoying

We purchased our second one of these as the first one had seen better days but the legs at the bottom have been changed from scratch posts to covering them in fabric. Doesn’t make sense? Our cats wasted no time in scratching the fabric off and now it is showing patches of cardboard. Bring back the scratch posts please!

I bought this to replace the one I had purchased years ago. The cat den is not solid wood, doesn't have padded removable cushion in it which the previous one had. The top cat bed has no removable cushion on it either, it is also smaller than the original one. How do I know this, my poor cat cannot get in the cat den and he hangs over the cat bed, I should have kept the original one just replaced covering and bought replacement posts, that wouldn't have cost me much more than this one did!!!

Unfortunately, even though I rang to check that the product would arrive, as described, with 10 sisal poles. It actually arrived with 4 of the poles not sisal, but covered in thin fabric which has already started to come away (within 24 hours!) also the back of the paw shaped shelf is loose leaving sharp metal ends sticking out . Although the design, size and ease of assembling are good and the price competitive, I would not recommend this product

We have recently bought our third one of these. The first two we had were brilliant which is why we ordered a third. Unfortunately, on the new one, the fabric has been changed to a cheap, stockinette fabric which tears and runs very easily. After just four weeks of use the whole thing looks shabby and old, which is very disappointing when our original one lasted for years. Also, four of the sisal legs have been replaced with fabric covered legs which tear as soon as a cat scratches them.

The cats loved this and used it all the time. After just 3 months, though, the roof of the den halfway up caved in - the staples holding the top on the box structure appear to have ripped out, leaving very sharp spikes all along the side, and the top part is now leaning over and unuseable. It's only been used by two average-sized, 4kg cats and has been carefully treated.
