Why change a cat kibble staple!?
My assortment of Maine Coons and elderly rescue mogs all loved the original Squares and I bought it in bulk. I have tried the so called replacement variants ( 11 , 13, 15 plus types) but it has ended up going out for the hedgehogs. My older MC has to be tempted with Dreamies: really so disappointed that Royal Canin made this change. From the number of reviews, it would seem the real life pet owners agree with me. Fingers crossed we can go back in time,

too hard for aged cats
Like many of the other reviewers we had been using the 12 plus square soft chewy food for ages and then all of a sudden they were no longer available we tried our first bag of this but the biscuits are too hard and I'm desperately looking for an alternative I'm really disappointed that royal canin change the recipe without any advanced notice and we won't be buying again.

Bring back the 12+ square biscuits!
My 3 cats all LOVED the old version of these biscuits- the square ones with the soft centre. The high price point was justified for those biscuits, as no other brand was making that type with a filling. Royal Canin has cheaped out and made a generic product, that my cats no longer are interested in. I will no longer be purchasing. Why fix something that isn’t broken?! BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION

New recipe does not agree!
Used to buy Ageing 12+. This new recipe does not agree! Our cat was sick the day after having for the first time. Tried him again on it a couple more times but same issue. Money I could not really afford to waste! If you had the 12+ before I would suggest trying a small pack first to see if it agrees with your cat. I now need to spend time & money trying out out other brands.
Not a problem with Zooplus who have always been good on price and efficient. More the issue with RC new Aging formula.

11+ not good
Thought I'd found a great replacement when my 12yr old went off the 'regular fit' - she liked the 12+ squares with the soft centre straight away. Then they disappeared and were relaced with these 11+ ones - she'll nibble a few and then wander off - not impressed! Why the change?

New recipe - very frustrated they have replaced the 12 plus
My cat loved the old version with the larger biscuit and soft center - she wont touch the new recipe and I'm struggling to get her to eat anything else. I feel it's a shame Royal Canin changed the product. Obviously this is no reflection on Zooplus.

Very poor
Biscuits are tiny. Why change the previous version? Cat isn’t interested in these now. Extremely disappointing. Such a waste of money.

New biscuits
My cat loved the 12+ biscuits but has refused to eat this new replacement. As a manufacturer of cat products surely they know how fussy cats can be, why change a good product.
This review is no reflection on zooplus, it's Riyal Canin.

No match for Ageing 12+dry food
I'm guessing this is supposed to replace the Ageing 12+ dry food which seems to have been discontinued as it's out of stock everywhere. 2 of my cats loved that food, both fussy eaters and difficult to please. Neither is very interested in this 11+ food that is supposed to be a replacement. It's 100% different to the 12+ dry food and mine figured that out straight away. A real shame that 12+ is no longer available. This isn't Zooplus's fault but Royal Canin's.
