My cat smell it and go away, not even touch it or eat it. Probably because it doesn’t have much flavour

My tomcat really eats the Snackies every day and absolutely loves them. But the way the Snackies are processed has become impossible! When you open the box, they’re nice cubes; but towards the end of the box, all you find is powder! Of course, my tomcat won’t eat that! I even have a photo of it, but unfortunately there’s no way to attach it.

Ever since the new packaging, something has changed because our cat refuses to eat it. We still have some from the old packaging, and the cat likes and eats that, but not the new ones.

The chicken cubes are extremely brittle. As I mentioned before, half of the delivery consists of dust and crumbs. We never give any Snackies directly, but throw them for our cat to chase and search for. Since even the large cubes don’t land in one piece, they’re not suitable for playing. On top of that, despite regular cleaning, we now have a disgusting beetle infestation in the living room. I won’t be ordering again.

These used to be completely different treats – big, crunchy, and made from quality ingredients. Now both the tuna and the whitefish are dried out and hard pieces that my cat doesn’t want to eat. And as for their size, there’s nothing XXL about them – the pieces used to be large, but now they’re half the size of the classic version.

Unlike the salmon, the second pack looks pathetic. Just a few big pieces, the rest is only small bits and crumbs… Two stars because my cat loves the taste. Why can’t you add a photo?

I agree, too many crumbs and hardly any XXL pieces. Unfortunately, poor quality.
