I have to say, unfortunately, that I’m disappointed. The material and delivery were spot on, but I just don’t understand why the net tapers off into a triangle at the beginning and end. It makes no sense to me—in fact, because of this, I’m missing 2 metres and now have to buy a third one. Got it? Makes sense now?

Large net with too many knotting errors. I went for the 8x3 metre net, and there are about 20 knotting mistakes or re-tied knots in it—not nice to look at. I just hope they don’t come undone. I needed it urgently as additional terrace protection because of the builders, and now that it’s been used, I can’t return it anymore.

The mounting materials leave a lot to be desired, and far too few hooks are included. The net is hanging for now, but I’ll probably have to replace the hooks with larger ones. The instructions say the net should sag slightly at the top under the ceiling, but hooks also need to be installed under the ceiling. One of my three cats has turned into a little climbing monkey and has already managed to escape. Good thing I live on the ground floor. And now that she’s figured out how to climb up there, she’s practising diligently. Otherwise, the net is great—well-made and sturdy.

It's been hanging for a few days now, and the little rascals are happy. The product rating remains unchanged, but I want to praise Zooplus's service here. Based on my review, I was contacted, and the service team offered an excellent solution to the problem. Truly commendable. That's how you take care of customers, even if the manufacturer is actually responsible for the product. Therefore, now 3 stars.

Since the beginning of the year, I’ve had the net installed. Now my three tigers have already bitten two holes into it. So much for "bite-proof". It’s a shame it didn’t last long.
