There’s a screw in tower part that’s in contact with the water, I would have thought this would be rust proof! It went rusty very quickly which I noticed when the cats were refusing to drink from it anymore!! I am very upset with this!

Unfortunately this works well for only a short time. We filled it up with filtered water (so the cats were getting double filtered!) but even with regular changes to the filter and cleans the motor got clogged quickly. Very high maintenance device...

Really great at first, but not for long. Purchased for my 3 cats, using only purified water, as I wanted to ease a potential dental issue with one of them. It worked fine for all of 3 months, at the most… I kept on top of the filter changes and cleaning but the little motor kept getting clogged up and spitting out nasty gunk and couldn’t be cleaned… it eventually just stopped working. Definitely won’t be buying again.

Going to give it another week and if it still isn't used I'll maybe return it

Doesn't matter how much you clean this thing you will always have bits floating. I've given up with this and will buy one that actually works. The flow on it is also pitiful. Barely even flows

This is the 2nd one of these cat fountains I’ve had and now this one doesn’t work

When I rang to complain as it wasn’t fit for purpose I was told a) take the plug apart b) Go by a new adaptor to fit it ! I was flabbergasted I expect when I buy something for it to comply with UK safety regulations especially when it’s electricity and water . Sending The customer service rep said it’s states that it won’t come with Uk plug however I can’t see anywhere it states this. On checking the same product on amazon it comes with a UK plug I expect the same from other providers

My cat would drink out of the kitchen tap & paw his water bowl everywhere. A friend suggested cats likes moving water & to look into water fountains. However, after introducing it to the cat, he dismantled it a few times & POURING water all over the floor. He dragged the filter out of the product and upstairs. NOT FOR STRONG TOM CATS!
