It’s empty in here!
I bought for my guinea pig's run in the garden because it doesn't attach to their hutch and it is excellent, it fits through a small hole which opens on the side of the run and it is very secure. It didn't take much time at all to put together and it is good quality. I might even buy another one for the other side of the run. I am very pleased with the house but my only complaint is a gap in the floorboards which my guinea pig's paws could get trapped in.
I have this outside, used as temporary shelter attached to Kerbl Luxus Metal Run with pitched roof for my two indoor guinea pigs. It's great and easy to move around. My piggies like it, too.
...not very robust and after 2 days use my rabbit has nearly nibbled his way throught the wood surround on roof. It is ideal as a rabbit DAY shelter, with access to a run. It was easy to assemble, though the roof support is for the opposite side to the fixing point. There is a gap at back where the floor meets the back 'wall' so I won't be leaving it out in the rain.
I have these in my Ferret Rescue. They are good bed boxes , I fill them with fleecy blankets and put them in the ferret pens.
Great product, that's why I've given it 5 stars but was I'm afraid the hinges were put on the wrong way round, I've now corrected this and am very happy with the product. I paid £29.99 and checked price the day I'd received the hutch and it's now gone down to £24.99, my damn luck!
I've already reviewed this product but wanted to add that nobody should be keeping a rabbit in this hutch permanently, that would be cruel, far too small but would be great for when you cleaning the rabbit's larger hutch. I bought this for a wild mouse, so not too small, that my cat had brought in. I fitted tubing so he still has his freedom and so can come and go. This is a great product when used for the correct size animal.
Great little house, got ours for our new little chickens as the older ones won't let them in their house - the meanies!! Very easy and quick to assemble, great value for money!
This is a great purchase for my indoor dwarf rabbit when attached to her outdoor run, used it for the first time in the garden while I was cutting lawn and hanging washing out. Great for her to hide in until she was confident to come out and explore the grass and fresh air. Worth every penny and great value. Would recommend to anyone with an indoor house rabbit who only wants to use when outside for a few hours when the sun is shinning.
I bought this for my new baby rabbit so that once he is big enough he can roam the outdoors full time, and just wanted something I could lock him away at night in. It will also be ideal for keeping his food nice and dry and give him a safe haven if he gets spooked. So easy to put together and very fast delivery! Just brilliant! Great hutch for the money.
I bought this Small Pet House for my rabbits to use as a bolt hole if they get a visit from our local Mr Fox. Although they are in a secure run it means they can get out of sight and feel a bit more secure. The item was delivered very rapidly and in excellent condition. Very easy to put together - 20 minutes including getting the tool box out!
I was so pleased with my recent house that I have just purchased another one for my new rabbit that has fallen out with the existing one and needs a separate area. Again prompt service and good quality. Amazing half price too!!
My pet house arrived very prompt and after some basic common sense it fitted together very easily. It arrived just in time for the snow too. Both my rabbits love it and are very pleased with the quality and look - I would recommend this to any rabbit owner.
This is such a good house and great value for money - my cat spooky loves sleeping in here - I have put the grass bed also sold by zooplus in it and he stays there for hours. Thanks so much
I bought this as a coop for my Serama mini chickens to have in my big chicken run. It gives them their own little space away from the 'big' bantams. Im impressed how easy it went together..in fact my 4 year old did it with me just tightening the bolts! Yes that easy! All I had to do was add a perch and screw the base down (I have it raised up on 'stilts' so this fox/rat proofs it)The only con is the latch, its a bit loose and unscrews easily. I will be replacing this with a metal turn bolt or small bolt. All in all Great price for quality goods! NOT JUST FOR BUNNIES AND PIGGIES!!!
I brought this for my tortoises who roam the garden during the day; they hid away from the sunshine or rain; was easy to put to geather, was surpised how big it was inside; well worth the money; very pleased; very quick delivery too
I received this today and was surprised at how roomy it is inside when assembled which was reasonably easy. My three netherland dwarf bunnies all explored it immediately and they love it and didnt want to be put away tonight in their proper hutches. Might consider letting them sleep in it overnight on warm nights as definitely sufficient room for all three to curl up in there.
I bought this house as a broody coup for rearing chicks - I now have a silky hen with 13 Orpington chicks and this house is absolutely perfect. Its a perfect size and so well made. Puts together in minutes and unlike so much flat pack stuff, this little house went together brilliantly - no missing screws or mis-aligned holes. I am definately going to get another.
A great hutch - my rabbits love it! Its surprisingly big so both my dwarf lop and mini lop can sit comfortably inside. The assembly instructions aren't the easiest to read and in the end we ditched the diagram and discovered how to put it together ourselves. Apart from that it is absolutely brilliant!
Have 3 of these and my guinea pigs love sitting inside and looking out. So easy to clean with the opening roof, and takes up less space than conventional hutches. Good purchase, would recommend.
bought 2 of these to put in outside runs for use of my hedgehogs, (i run my own hedgehog rescue )will definately buy more as excellent quality and sturdy, most impressed.
I chose this outdoor pet house as a summer house and placed it in a large enclosed run as an alternative area for my two two-year old dwarf rabbits to sit and watch the world go by. They have an all weather traditional hutch but they enjoy sitting in and, especially, on top of this one. It looks good and they took to it immediately. They like it when I leave the roof open but they prefer it closed so they can jump on and off! Hours of fun for them and me! It's superb!
