My cats have always loved Royal canin and have bought the food from kitten, normal 7+ and now 12+. They love the little chunks which are easy to chew (one of my cats had poor teeth). and they like the gravy.

My elderly cat is helped by this food as she is able to digest it well and is rarely sick whereas on previous food she was sick more often. She is a much more healthy cat now eating Royal Canin wet elderly cat pouches.

Our nearly 19 year old likes this,but doesn't want to eat this one az much az her others.Not quite enough gravy

My food orientated feline loves her grub but I'm afraid she doesn't enjoy this one. She only licks the gravy and leave the chunks. Waste of money.

My 14 year old cat loves this food, but suddenly after feeding her this I had to take her to the vet due to her being constipated. The Protein content is high which is good, but the fiber content is way too low.

Both of my cats are 17 and they both love this one.

I have the fussiest cat, and at almost 14 years old it’s so important to give him a healthy diet. He loves this, yes it’s expensive but I think it’s worth it. Will definitely reorder.

I don't quite understand how cat food containing sugar can be promoted as being healthy for cats. Besides having kidney problems and mobility problems my cat could also end up with diabetes and weight problems, which works quite against mobility and having a healthy cat. Helps the vets though, as you'll need to visit them more often.

I love this food my 17 year old cat, enjoys it its low in phosphorus, and not chicken based. Which is fantastic if u have a cat with a chicken allergy. My sweetpea has kidney issues and hyperthyroidism, she hates the kidney diets but this is by far the best stand in for managing kidney issues, and she loves it. Also the biscuits are preferred by our older male cats. The price is great for the quantities we go through

My 20yr old female black cat LOVES this food and have noticed a more content cat as well. Before she would leave half way through other cat foods but she really likes this and the jelly variety too

My female cat who has pelvic injury and subsequent mobility problems, has enjoyed this since she was 11-12. Now 14, she still loves it and seems more agile after feeding. However. I rotate it with other brands to avoid "catfood boredom". She doesn't like jelly version but licks cleans this gravy food.

My 13 yr old Maggie has had issues with her teeth and quiet a few removed. She lost a lot of condition she was eating some royal canin nuts but not enough and all the other wet foods I tried she would end up vomiting up. This has been a life saver for her and she loves it every time

My 12 year old tuxedo cat has been finicky on her food for a few weeks...she'd eat part of her wet food and then leave the rest. She wouldn't even go back to it. But I fed her a pouch of this earlier, and she wolfed it down! I think we've found the right wet food for her and will be ordering again.

Even though my cat is only 7 years old, he loves RC Aging +12. I bought it after I read all the positive reviews and it was worth it. But it has to be a product with gravy. He's not a fan of foods with jelly.

My fussy 12 year old Russian Blue cat just loves this and it's literally gone in seconds. I would also like to recommend the dry kibble Royal Canin Ageing +12 Cat food which she loves too!

My Pugwash is 19 years old this June and she loves this food. I bash the chunks down into a pulp with hot water from the kettle and she laps it up. Before I strated bashing down the chinks, she used to leave the chunks behind and lick the sauce - now she eats everything. Since her kidneys are failing she needs all the nutrition - including water - she can get so this is ideal for her.

My 14 year old cat loves this food. Usually she brings back up all wet foods, but I tried this on a whim. She devours it and particularly seems to like all the juice that comes with it. Probably easier on ageing teeth, too.
