When fats and oils come into contact with oxygen, they begin to lose their flavour and nutritional content. Nutro values freshness very highly and that’s why all Nutro dog foods are produced using no chemical preservatives. A special combination of vitamin C and tocopherols (vitamin E in its natural form) naturally preserve the food instead. Nutro also uses no artificial colourants.
