In the production of that game, only natural wood was used - no screws, clamps, or other objects that could injure your dog.
- How does the game work?
Take one of the lids off, put some treats into the hole, and close the lid again. Now you can call your dog and show him the game. He will smell the treats and in order to get to them, he has to remove the right lid.Some dogs remove the lid with the muzzle, using the grip on the lid. Other will try to remove it with their paws. Your dog is free to decide how he will get the treats.
Further variations for play:
- Remove one of the lids and play only with two. In this case your dog has to slide the lid in order to reach the treats.
- Show your dog a lid in a particular color under which you'll hide the treats later. Your dog has to recognize the same color.
Hold the board during the games so that your dog doesn't slide it around the floor. Please do not ever leave your pet alone with an intelligence game. Intelligence games are intended for use together with pet and owner. Please supervise this game at all times to make sure your dog doesn't swallow any small parts.
