  • Fructo-Oligo-Saccharide (FOS): encourages the growth of probiotic, "good" bacteria such as bifidobacterium or lactobacilles
    • Very often cats are sensitive, or even, intolerant of residual chemicals present in food produced from intensive farming. These food related illnesses manifest in the form of itchy, dry, and sensitive skin, red eyes, and ear irritation. Recent studies have shown that cats who consume foods absent of meat or fish produced from intensive farming do not develop food related illnesses.
