The materials in Get Off Jelly work by emitting an odour that both dogs and cats find particularly unpleasant, causing them to avoid that particular area. Get Off Jelly has a biological base and totally harmless to both humans and animals.
Please remember when applying the jelly that an animal needs approximately 1-2 weeks to find a new "toilet". Thus, uninvited guests may continue to use the area for a short time after the jelly has been applied, even though the smell is repellant.
