guinea pig cagecage arrived but ladder was broken and lid missing off bed area - instructions hard to read as print blurred - but once assemblied - with the help of some tie wraps the cage is great, ramps slippy but as with other reviews a sock sorted out the problem. piggies love the extra space- service excellant- this is second product bought from zooplus and good customer service received

Guinea pigs love itGREAT CAGE LOADS OF SPACE OUR GUINEA PIGS LOVE IT ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE RAMPS,FAR TO SLIPPY,HAD TO PUT AN OLD PAIR OF SOCKS ON THEM TO ALLOW MORE GRIP THIS WORKED WELL AND KEPT THEM HAPPY.

Guineapig cagePoor instructions but managed eventually. Had to use socks on ramps to allow my guineapigs to have some grip when useing these. Now houses Bobbin and her babies and they all appear to be perfectly happy with the space that this cage provides. Great service cage arrived within 3 days of ordering.

onyl for drawf bunnys, a lot of work to do to itbought 2 of these, good size cage, not good for rabbits over 3kg cos the hole at the top is too small for them to fit through. the ladders were useless as there was no grip so i had to throw them away and make some wooden ones with steps. the door on the bottom cage is quite small making it hard to clean and despite my best efforts all 5 of my bunnys choose to pee in the far corner under the platform, which is hard to reach. the cage came with some of the plastic bits broken, although it doesn't seem to matter that much. all in all i find my self planning to buy and large single storey cage because its just too much hard work.

Tommy 102I bought this cage for our two guinea pigs (my sister and myself) when we got it out of the package we realised the two bases were completly stuck together and we had to use olive oil to separate them and for the laders we suggest you put socks on them to help your animal climb up.However the cage is absolutely brilliant and there is loads of space, I would say the cage is 5 star and working out how to put it together is 1 star.

not suitable for rabbitsbought this cage for my rabbit(small,only 1.50kg),ramps doesnt fit, so put her up on the upper level blocked the hole in the middle. quality is not great, dosnt really support a rabbit's weight, probably best to buy for smaller animal like rats and etc, but definatly not rabbit. instruction is no help, but somehow you manage to put it all together, this cage is good if you have 2 very tiny rabbits if they dont get on, but i wouldn't recommed rabbit owners buy this cage because really it dosnt even support a 1.5kg rabbit's weight... and you have to put up with a deadful installation as well.

BrilliantWe bought this cage for my guinea pig. The instructions were of no use as you could hardly see them through the print, but once we assembled it, found it to be absolutely huge and Enya now has plenty of room to run around. We had to adjust the slopes as she had difficulty getting up them but apart from that she loves her new home. It is well worth the money, very sturdy and with the wheels makes it more convenient to pull out and clean behind. The service and delivery at zooplus is second to none and they are worth recommending to anyone.

I bought this cage for my rabbit is a good sizeI bought this cage for my rabbit is a good size and he like's all the space but one of the parts got broken about two months ago and i am waiting for a replacement part

ExcelentI bought this cage for my rats for when I go on holiday as it dismantles flat and although I haven't got round to trying it out yet, I did put it up and it seems very good. The instructions were pretty useless but all in all it was simple to put together - just soak the clips in hot water first! The service from zoo plus was fantastic and I would definately recommend buying from them.
