Replaced my 'not fit for purpose' internal filter with the ex600. This is one great filter. Really simple to set up, crystal clear water in hours. Almost silent running and what's more a great price with service second to none.

Tetratec EX700 external filter

This is my first external filter and having read the horror stories about setting an ex/filter up i was amazed.This could have been set up by a 5 yr old child.From washing of the media it took no more than 6/7 minutes.Just needed one shake of the canister to expel a small airlock and then i had to check to see if it was working ok because it was so quiet.This was also £45 cheaper than my local aquatic store and it only took 3 days from ordering to delivery.Many thanks to all at Zooplus.

Amazing Results

Bought this filter to replace my fluval 3 plus internal filter that came with the tank, set it up last night, put it on along with my other filter, after 10 mins the slightly greenish tinge from my water had been removed. Very impressed so far.

Simply Superb !!!

This is my first external filter and I cannot believe the difference, my water is absolutely crystal clear. The price was exactly half that of my LFS and that included delivery. 5 stars to Tetratec and 5 stars to Zooplus. I'll be back !

Tetratec 700 External Filter

I bought the Tetratec from Zooplus back in October 2007. It has been hassle free and is the best filter I have ever bought, particularly when it comes to the (very easy) media changes. Zooplus by far offers the best value- my local Maidenhead Aquatics are currently selling the 700 for £40 more than I paid at Zooplus incl delivery!!. Get yours NOW!!

ex 700 what a product

ive had mine up and running about 2 months now and my water is crystal clear.the only part of the filter you can hear is the trickling of water coming from the spray bar.excellent service from zooplus and the cheapest anywhere,this filter is a must for anyone on a budget A++++++++

Superb, crystal clear water after a couple days running!

Awesome service from Zooplus, literally a couple of days to get here (UK). Product itself is outstanding, whisper quiet and it took my tank from a green tinge to near enough clear within a couple of days running alongside my existing internal Juwel filter.

First Impressions

I've just bought the EX700. Have just started it- primed and running in seconds, silent within a couple of minutes. Had to check it was working! Very easy to set up and the self primer is very efficient. Obviously the proof will be in the pudding so we'll see in a few months how good it is. Also, have to say the service from here is first rate- Ordered it on a Friday, arrived on the Wednesday. I also had a technical query that was answered pretty swiftly.
