Contrary to the other review I have found this product to be effective. I have a Bichon Frise who gets "mucky" eyes. This cleaner, squirted on to cotton wool pads and wiped around her eyes effectivly removed "eye goo!" It IS better than saline solution. I think its a good product for the price. I would buy it again.

Seems like this doesn't affect in any way. Warm, boiled water is almost better..
