DIsappointed

I recently ordered this product and have used it only twice. I have encountered these problems: 1. The clips for securing to headrests are flimsy and the straps do not tighten adequately -they keep slipping loose if any pressure is put on them. One of the prongs on the clips is now broken. 2. The 'convenient' zip in the middle is of poor quality and lightweight. This has now burst even though it was only unzipped once, so now my car seat gets covered in fur through the space!!
