works a treat

i have had my fountain for a year now with no problems, the charcoal filter can be fiddly to replace after removing for cleaning but still no problems with it. my cat loves drinking the running water from the top of the slide.

Failed Filters

This product is good if you want to stop your cat drinking from the tap but the filters are an expensive waste of money, the last 4 Ive had have burst open and just left loads of black powder in the water. This is usually after about 2 weeks of use. I now use mine without the filter, I have to change water more frequently (use water from my Britta jug) and I just wash the pump filter, A bit of a faff but saves wasting money on something that bursts and makes a mess.

Cats loved it. Refilling a nuisance. Thorough cleaning of reservoir virtually impossible.

My cats loved their water fountain, but you have to remove the reservoir (that blue part) and tip it upside down to refill it - and it won't free-stand upside down. And I don't see how you can possibly clean the blue reservoir thoroughly, which was the deciding factor for me - so I gave this away, and bought the Drinkwell, which I think is a far better product.

Have this fountain already (excellent, dogs love it) filters arrived quickly and good value.
