good value for money

My cats are happy and have helped with the assembly. They have immediately accepted it and seem content with it. It is a pity that the clamping element is quite wobbly and without a fixing screw in the ceiling I think the tree will collapse sooner or later. Altogether it is a beautiful, slender cat tree with many sleeping, playing and scratching possibilities!

...agreed, it does break!

We have experienced similar to the previous review. Ours broke above the first layer, it seems the plastic end pieces do not sufficiently support the metal bolts that fix the item together. At the time of it breaking my smaller cat was in the round hammock at the top and my other cat on the first layer. Cats now have nowhere to hangout!

Great tree, but it breaks!

The barrel is actually very big and ideal for big cats to use as a scratching post, without it wobbling, BUT the pole snapped at the base (the junction just above the barrel) TWICE, and it's now resting against the wall! I guess the only way would be to screw the top onto the ceiling for extra support.
