Endless kitty funBought this when we got our third cat, as the new one was young and very bouncy. He adores it, as does our large Maine Coon-type. The tree itself is strong and stable, but the ceiling attachment is pretty useless. What it needs is a long screw-thread to hold the ceiling pole in place. What is does have is a really short screw-thread, so regardless of how well you tighten the padded screw fitting to the ceiling, the tree wobbles. Especially when you have a Maine Coon at top speed hurtling his way to the top bunk! However, despite the wobbliness, the cats love it and we love seeing them happy.

Superb!!!A Great buy so far! My 9 week old boy kitten took his time but eventually worked his way to the top. Fantastic! My little girl however is a bit more cautious, but I think that has more to do with the fact that she's tiny than the tree itself. It does feel a little unstable (to us mere mortals - humans) but the kitties seem to think its fine. I'll see how it goes, but I might use a small bracket to tie it to the wall as they get bigger, just for my own peace of mind. Excellent value, excellent quality, excellent fun. Couldn't be happier.

Good buy for the moneyWe have had this for our bengal boy for a little while now. He loves sitting up top, he was very interested in it as we made it up. Simple to put together. The only thing I can say is that when you tighten the stabalising part up top, we have found that it comes loose which makes it wobbly at times, i'm sure this can be overcome quite easily though. But other than that a good buy.

The best buy ever!!My two 5 month old kittens absolutely love this. They climb, rest, play and sleep on it. It feels quite sturdy. I would recommend it to all my friends who have cats.

Loved by my 3 kittensHaving 3 lively kittens in the house and trying to discourage them from scratching the furniture and climbing the curtains can be a challenge. I bought the Ares tree in the hope that they would play and scratch on that instead and not knock it over like smaller lighter posts. It was easy to put up and feels solid once it's all screwed together. We decided to put it in a room with a very high ceiling so haven't used the ceiling attachment, but fastened it to the wall instead - that was very easy to do and works well. And the kittens love it! They run all the way up it at top speed, sleep on the hammock top platform, peek out of "caves" and chase each other all over it. So far my 2 adult cats haven't been able to get a quiet moment to try it for themselves! Seriously considering buying a second one and using the parts to build an even taller tree!

2 happy cats!We received this cat tree on Thursday after ordering it last Friday, so was delivered quite quickly! Didn't take long to put together and was very easy. The instructions were straightforward. The only thing is our ceilings are lower than the tree, so we couldn't fit the ceiling clamp, but it seems secure and safe enough! Our 2 siamese cats love it! They're always climbing to the top and fighting over who gets the best place. They use the den for hiding toys and poking at each other. Very good value for money as they're never off it! I'd recommend it to anyone with 2 playful cats...

Happy Chapwe had no idea that when we bought this are 1 year old bengal would love it soooo much!! hes a big heavy boy who likes to jump on and off everything like hes wired on fast mode constantly so with it being floor to ceiling that was perfect becoz he couldnt knock it over and he loves the top of it becoz he gets to jump from the top straight onto the floor or bed and chases every1 around but that would be one of my problems with this product is that he has to jump straight onto the floor theres not really an alternative but he doesnt seem to mind but i would and have recommended it too friends and family!!!!

Constantly in use!We were concerned when we bought this that our cat and kitten would ignore it. Fortunately that is not the case at all - they immediately started using the scratching post and now our kitten rarely sleeps anywhere else except for on the top level of this! Both the cat and kitten run up and down the tree all the time - it's great and very stable!

FantasticThis was the first thing I bought when I acquired my two adult Bengals, and what a great purchase it was! I was worried as I built it that they wouldn't use it, but they were climbing the lower levels even before I'd put the upper ones together! It is their favourite place in the house now, and they're hardly ever off it. I have very tall ceilings, so the ceiling attachment didn't quite reach. But the design makes it very stable despite its height and small footprint, and it's never fallen over, even when they play fight on it!

Two happy cats!A great product, at a reasonable price. Arrived very quickly and took around an hour to assemble. The only problem we had here is that our ceilings aren't very high, so we had to use shorter posts from an old cat tree. This tree is perfect for those of you wishing to save floor space. Now we just have to resist climbing up it ourselves.. :)
