I agree with the other reviewer this is the 2nd one of these we have purchased & both have broken within a couple of weeks,cant get a refund & they will only exchange if you take the complete unit back leaving a hole in your door.

Flap breaks easily

We have bought two of these now and each time the flap has broken within 3 weeks (as a result of a neighbour's cat's rapid exit) and you cannot buy flaps only. A 3 year guarantee is claimed but when you try to claim you get no reponse.
