Excellent although no adaptor supplied.
I needed something to encourage my FIV cat to drink regularly and this was just perfect. Within minutes he was happily lapping away and his sister soon followed suit. He still occasionally sips from his water bowl but seems to prefer the running water. It's very quiet and easy to set up but the only down side was that it didn't come with an adaptor. The one I had to buy makes the whole plug/transformer unit stand far out from the wall and slightly unstable. As a result, I am wary of leaving it unattended when I'm out as my two explorers just love to play with anything strange.

Nice looking & well made.
Was very impressed with the look of this black water fountain. I was hoping that it would encourage my 2 Siamese to drink more to help with their constipation but it doesn't seem to so far. They were a little apprehensive at first but soon got used to it. There is a little noise from the motor but it is in the kitchen so you can't hear it majority of the time. Overall would recommend it.

A must for a cat owner !
I bought this product for my 2 new Birmans who are now 6 months old Ruffles Ray and Blue Bayou. They love this water fountain and took to it straight away aswell as drinking loads of water which is good for them and having a little play which does no harm either. I would recommend this product and it is easy to put together and clean.

One was not enough !
Very popular with all four cats so we have bought
another Fresh Flow fountain to prevent disputes in the queue for water. It also looks very good in the living room !

Persevere!
My advice to anyone whose cat steadfastly ignores this fountain when first introduced (as mine did) is not to give up. After 2 weeks my cat suddenly started to use it and continues to do so. Don't try persuasion (cats being cats) just position it and leave it.

Excellent!
My Maine Coon loves water and always used to put his paws in his bowl and lick the water from his paws, which offcourse resulted in water everywhere. But with this fountain he just loves to lick it right from the stream! He adores it and I love watching him use it. Best invention for cats ever!

Good, but difficult instructions
This is an excellent fountain, very quiet in use & my cat got used to it after a few days. She now drinks from the fountain - in addition to her usual drinking places of her water bowl & the bath!
The fountain was a little difficult to install & even now I can't figure out how the reservoir unit works as you must tip it upside down to replace it. I instead just add water to the drinking area as the instructions do not explain how to refill correctly.
Although explained in the advertising, the unit comes with a black euro mains transformer & a black UK plug adaptor. These 2 plug units together make the mains plug poke out from the socket a total of 4", making a rather ugly sight.
In all a good purchase, but it could do with better instructions & a UK plug.

I'm on my second fountain!
Not because the first one didn't work, it's because it works so well and I can't do without! I had my first one for almost 8 years, still works actually, but because of the hard water deposits in the plastic it can't be properly cleaned now, which is the water supply fault, not the manufacturers of the fountain. I guess what I'm trying to say is that it is a very good quality and very durable product!

Curious kittys
This water fountain was so easy to out together, lightweight and it is so quiet. My cats were so funny when they first saw it, they were curious as cats can be. Sitting there watching it. I think they are just getting use to it at the moment. As I have just got the fountain haven't cleaned it as yet but it is so easy to take apart and put together, there will be no problem cleaning it. Thanks zooplus for a efficient delivery...my cats enjoyed the box aswell to play in, they are easily pleased.

Water Fountain Success
This product was simple to assemble and worked immediately.The instructions were easy to read and follow.My kitten Milo was immediately intrigued and drank more water from it in one sitting than I have seen him drink from his bowl since I brought him home six weeks ago. delivery time was also excellent, arriving within 5 days of the order.

easy to set up and my kittens friskee and whiskee love it and i cant hear it its so seilent .i did order the black one but recived the white instead but they did refund the price difference when i told them

Water goes down
I know my cat must drink out of it cause I have to refil it a bit each day, but I never see him drink from it. He used to be terrible for drinking out of the toilet, and thankfully he has stopped this almost completely....So Fresh Flow will stop naughty cats from drinking out of the toilet.

Great item
Although I didnt buy it from here, my kittens love theirs, they think its fascinatiting when the resevour adds more water to the main flow lol
The water stays lovely and fresh all the time, you need to clean it out every couple of week as they cats do seem to manage to get things in it, including their own fur.

excellent idea though didnt last long with my destructive kittens
i brought one of these for my 2 tonk kittens. they took to it immediately and were absolutely fasinated by it. unfortunately it only lasted a few weeks as they kept putting their [dirty] toy mice in the water to watch them float about but this stopped the water flowing, i've tried changing the filter but to no avail. i would definintely purchase another though.
